1. Select panel

Select the marble panel that meets the customer's requirements. Identify the type and color consistency of materials. When selecting the panel, make sure it has no scar, warpage, trachoma, depression, stain, etc. if the effect of the rough board can not be seen, spray the panel surface with a water gun before determining whether it can be used as the panel.

2. Process before panel lamination

If there is a panel with a polished surface and a net, it should be selected and sent to the walking mill for polishing. According to the flatness, it should be polished and leveled, but it can't be ground deeply. Then fold off the flat surface glue of the mesh shovel. If it can't be removed, it should be polished by the walking mill to ensure the smoothness of both sides.

3. Pre lamination process of base plate:
