    High-Stiffness Frame Design

    • Constructed with a fully welded heavy-duty steel plate structure, stress-relieved to ensure vibration-free and deformation-free operation at high speeds.

    • The forming stands feature an adjustable design, facilitating rapid adjustment of roller clearances and simplifying maintenance.

    Precision Forming System

    • Forming rollers are forged from Cr12MoV alloy steel, undergo CNC machining, heat treatment, and hard chrome plating, achieving a hardness of HRC 58-62 for exceptional wear resistance.

    • Each roller shaft is equipped with an independent micro-adjustment device, enabling precision adjustments within ±0.1mm to ensure consistent cross-sectional dimensions.
